Who we are

Tarek Alabd Academy is an online education service founded and run by Tarek Alabd, a Google Developer Expert for Flutter & Dart. We provide paid courses, a flagship diploma, 1-on-1 mentorship, free tutorials, and a newsletter.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old — or have the consent of a parent or guardian — to use the Service and make purchases.

Purchases and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any Egyptian pound (EGP) figure shown is an approximate reference, not the exact amount charged.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your country.

Access and licence

When you buy a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access it for your own learning.

• Most paid courses include lifetime access plus future updates, unless stated otherwise.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, record, redistribute, or publicly post the course content or your account.

Intellectual property

All course videos, materials, code, text, and branding are owned by Tarek Alabd and protected by intellectual-property laws. The limited licence above transfers no ownership to you.

Refunds

Mentorship

Mentorship sessions are booked and scheduled by agreement. Please attend on time; sessions missed without reasonable notice may not be rescheduled or refunded once delivered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share account access or course content with others.
• Copy, pirate, or redistribute any material.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Educational disclaimer

Our content is for education. We share real production practices and career guidance, but we do not guarantee any specific job, income, or outcome — your results depend on your own effort.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached — for example, piracy or account sharing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the competent Egyptian courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
