If you’re not satisfied with a course or the diploma, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions.
How to request a refund
Email support@tarekalabd.dev from the address you used to purchase, within 7 days, and include your order details. We’ll confirm and process your request.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The guarantee applies to self-paced courses and the diploma.
- Live 1-on-1 mentorship sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable; sessions not yet held can be cancelled and refunded with reasonable notice.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. The time to appear in your account depends on the processor and your bank — usually a few business days.
